Sell Your RV Before Moving North — I Come to You

Going back north for the summer, or moving and don’t want to tow the camper along? Call me before you hitch up. I come to where your RV is parked in Central Florida, look it over, and we agree on an offer and a pickup date that fits your calendar.

Sell the Camper Without Towing It Home

Towing a travel trailer or 5th wheel a thousand miles north is a long, expensive, nerve-racking way to end a good winter. Fuel, tires, brakes, a storage spot on the other end — it adds up fast, and plenty of folks only do it because they didn’t know there was another option. There is one. I’m Niko, a family buyer based in Davenport, and I’ve been buying RVs, campers and boats across Central Florida since 2020. If you’re headed north, downsizing, or moving into a house or apartment, I’ll come to the RV where it sits and make you a straight offer on it.

No hauling it to a dealer. No months of “is it still available?” messages. No strangers walking through your rig at seven in the morning. You send a few photos and the year, make and model, I take a look in person, and we talk about a number and a date. If the number works for you, we agree in writing on the price, how you get paid, how the Florida title transfers, and exactly when I pick the RV up.

People I hear from most

  • Florida snowbirds closing up for the season who don’t want to tow the camper back north
  • Seasonal residents paying for a storage lot they no longer use
  • Owners relocating out of state and cutting the trailer loose before the move
  • Folks living in a camper right now while they line up their next home
  • Families with a rig parked at an RV park, campground, 55+ community or side yard that hasn’t moved in a year

For Snowbirds & Seasonal Residents

Sell the RV Before You Head North

Get it handled before the last week of the season instead of during it.

Most snowbirds start thinking about the camper the week they’re packing — and that’s the hardest time to sell anything. Reaching out a few weeks early costs you nothing and takes all the pressure off. I can review the RV while you’re still here, we can talk through an offer, and we can put a sale and pickup date on the calendar that lands before your travel date.

  • No towing a trailer up I-75 or I-95
  • No paying for a Florida storage lot all summer
  • No leaving it with a neighbor and hoping for the best
  • No listing to babysit from another state
  • I come to the RV park, campground, storage lot or driveway

Relocating or Living in the Camper

When You Need a Little Time to Land Somewhere

Reach out early. We can talk it through with no pressure and no cost.

Life doesn’t always move on a tidy schedule. Maybe you’re in the camper while you look for a place, waiting on a closing date, or working out a move up north. You can call me at that stage — you don’t have to have everything figured out first. I’ll look the RV over, we can discuss what I can offer, and you can take that information and plan around it.

When you’re ready, we set the details together before anything is final: the price, how and when you’re paid, how the Florida title transfers, and the date I come get it. Because ownership and possession pass at the sale, we simply schedule that agreed pickup date for after you’ve moved your belongings out and you’re settled somewhere else. Nothing happens on a day you didn’t agree to.

I’ll be straight with you about what I can and can’t do. I’m flexible on scheduling, and I’m glad to talk weeks before you’re ready. What I won’t do is promise you can keep living in the RV after it’s sold and the title has transferred — that’s not something I can offer, and I’d rather say so up front than surprise you later. I’m also not able to give you legal or tax advice; for that, please talk with a professional.

Simple Process

Three Steps, On Your Timeline

1

Send Photos & Details

Text (321) 977-1194 or use the form with the year, make, model, where it’s parked and roughly when you need to be done.

2

Review & Discuss an Offer

I come look at the RV where it sits and we talk through a number and a workable timeline — no obligation either way.

3

Agree, Then Complete the Sale

Price, payment, title transfer, possession and pickup date are all agreed before the sale is completed. Then I show up on that date and haul it away.

Where I Come to You

I’m based in Davenport, so Kissimmee, Lakeland, Orlando, Winter Haven and Haines City are all a short drive, and I cover the rest of Central Florida regularly. Snowbird parks, seasonal campgrounds, 55+ communities, storage lots and plain old driveways — if the RV is parked there, I can come see it there.

I buy travel trailers, 5th wheels, Class A, B and C motorhomes, pop-ups and toy haulers. Older, well-used or needing work is fine; that’s most of what I buy.

Snowbird & Relocation FAQ

Common Questions Before You Head North

Yes, and earlier is better. Send photos and details as soon as you know your travel dates. We review the RV, talk through an offer, and set a sale and pickup date that lands before you head north — so nothing is left sitting in a lot or hooked to your truck.

No. That's the whole reason people call. If you would rather not tow a travel trailer or 5th wheel up I-75 or I-95, I come to where the RV is parked in Central Florida and handle the haul-away myself once the sale is complete.

Reach out early and we'll talk honestly about timing. Price, payment, title transfer, possession and the pickup date all get agreed before the sale is completed, so you know exactly what the schedule is. Once the sale closes and the title transfers, the RV belongs to me and I take it — so we plan the agreed pickup date for after you have moved your things out.

A few weeks of notice makes scheduling easy, but a few days often works too. There is no cost and no obligation to talk early — you can get the RV reviewed and hear a number long before you commit to anything.

Davenport, Kissimmee, Lakeland, Orlando and Winter Haven are close to home for me, and I travel across Central Florida to RV parks, campgrounds, storage lots, 55+ communities and private driveways.
