I Buy Boats and RVs uses the details you provide to discuss buying your boat, RV, camper or golf cart. This notice explains how information is handled on this website.
Information you choose to send
Our inquiry form requests your name, phone number, optional email address, vehicle type, approximate year/make/model, city and optional condition or pickup notes. It also includes the website page where you submitted the inquiry so we can understand which service you were viewing. Please do not send ID documents, banking details or payment information. You can also call, text or email us directly.
Form processing and delivery
When you submit the form, your details are sent to FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which processes the submission and emails it to ibuyrvsandboats@gmail.com. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days. Its spam protection may require a Google reCAPTCHA check. Those services may process technical information needed to deliver the form and prevent abuse. See FormSubmit's privacy terms, submission-retention documentation and Google's privacy policy.
How we use inquiries
We use the information to contact you about your inquiry, evaluate a possible purchase and arrange pickup if we agree on a sale. Submitting a form does not obligate you to sell. We do not sell your personal information or enroll you in a marketing list through this form. Email copies may remain in our business Gmail account while needed for correspondence and transaction records. Contact us to request correction or deletion, subject to any records we must retain.
Calls, texts and email
If you contact us directly, your phone, messaging and email providers process those communications under their policies. Standard call, message and data rates may apply. Send photos by text or email only when you choose; the website form does not upload files.
Website technology
When enabled, Google Analytics helps us understand which pages visitors use and whether they click a call, text or email link, start an inquiry, attempt to submit it or visit the submission return page. Google may use cookies and process technical information such as browser, device and approximate location. Our custom tracking does not send your name, phone number, email address, message or vehicle details to Analytics. It removes query text from reported page URLs and accepts only our fixed Google Business Profile campaign label. We do not enable Google Signals or advertising personalization in this setup.
A phone-button click does not confirm a connected call. A form submission attempt or return-page visit does not confirm email delivery or a completed purchase. Our hosting provider may process technical request information to serve and protect the website. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts. See Google's privacy policy. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
